How do I find the right size?

Our bracelets are designed with adjustable chains. Most styles fit wrist sizes from 15 cm to 19 cm. We are also happy to accommodate special size requests! For custom orders or further assistance, please contact us at josephine@thecrystaling.com.
How long until I have my jewelry?

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted with care, a process that takes approximately 1 to 3 days. Delivery time varies depending on the product ordered. For styles that have stock, we will ship within 2 business days.

You will be notified of any delays. These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by factors such as material availability, order volume, and shipping destination.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we’re happy to offer a 7-day exchange policy. Simply email us the style you’d like to receive instead at josephine@thecrystaling.com, then ship the item you wish to exchange back to us via SF Express, and we’ll take care of the rest.

14K Gold Vermeil

This is real 14-karat gold (58.3% pure gold) that’s thickly plated over solid sterling silver. The gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick, making it more durable and luxurious than regular gold plating.

925 Sterling Silver

All our products are made of Sterling silver or Sterling silver covered with genuine gold, they are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it a safe choice for people with sensitive skin.

14K Gold Plated

Underneath 14K gold layer, every piece is made from solid sterling silver, so you still benefit from the strength and quality of a precious metal. We then apply a protective top coat over the plating to help seal in the gold and make it more resistant to everyday wear, moisture, and fading.
